In her bid to follow the footsteps of her father and maintain the rich legacy he left, Mrs. Lilian Nana Yaa Tuffuor-Kodua established the US chapter of the Amoako Tuffuor Foundation. The US chapter of the foundation, solicits for donations which are sent to the Ghana chapter to help the needy and vulnerable in the society. Since its inception, Lilian has built relations with good Samaritans who have donated school supplies, food, clothing and cash to support this worthy cause.
